At Leather Porium, we proudly provide worldwide free shipping for all orders, without any minimum purchase requirements or exclusions. Our commitment to swift delivery is unwavering. We recognize the significance of receiving your items promptly, and we are dedicated to expeditiously processing your order.

Delivery Timelines

At Leather Porium, our regular-sized orders are meticulously crafted and typically shipped within 9-13 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 16 business days for your item to be dispatched. On the other hand, our prime products, readily available in stock, are shipped the very next day after you place your order.

Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days, bringing your handcrafted leather goods right to your doorstep.

Worldwide Delivery

We gladly accept and ship orders to customers in every country except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries subject to OFAC sanctions.

Courier Service

To provide our valued customers with a top-tier courier service, we exclusively utilize Express Delivery options such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and similar reputable carriers. We maintain the prerogative to select the courier that best suits the efficient and timely delivery of your product to you.

APO/PO Box Addresses

To ensure your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

Duty

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any associated charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you contact your country’s customs office to ascertain the potential additional costs before making your purchase.

Other Policies

Upon receiving your payment, we will promptly send you an email confirming your order.

Once your order is shipped, and we provide you with a tracking number, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company. If the courier holds the order for any reason or attempts delivery when you’re unavailable, it is essential for you to reach out to the courier. We strongly advise you to monitor the tracking number provided. Please note that if the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and subsequently destroys the parcel, we cannot be held responsible.

If you have multiple orders headed to the same address, we may, at our discretion (unless instructed otherwise), consolidate them into a single shipment to streamline the process and reduce costs.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule the delivery to a different address. In such cases, customers must directly contact the respective courier company to explore potential solutions or actions.
