We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience, which is why our return policy spans 14 days from the date of delivery. Within this timeframe, you have the option to return or exchange almost any item for either a Full/Partial Refund or Exchange.
How We Process Return/Exchange Requests:
Upon receiving a return or exchange request, we promptly initiate an inspection to address the stated concern. This inspection process typically concludes within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of an exchange, your new order will be processed for delivery, and you can expect to receive it within 15 days. Refund requests are typically processed within 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email as proof of receiving and completing your return order.
Refund Method and Timeline:
Refunds will be issued in the original payment mode and may take a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 45 days to process, in accordance with the issuing policy of your bank.
Accepted Exchange Situations:
Exchanges are accepted in the following situations:
- If a customer requires a different size or encounters a sizing issue.
- Exchange can be requested once per size.
- The item must be unworn and in good condition.
Accepted Return Situations:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- If the customer has not received the ordered product.
- If the received product has defects.
- If the product has been tampered with.
Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the package is undelivered or the jacket received is damaged.
Custom Orders:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for custom orders under any circumstances.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges and Returns:
For exchanges, we will provide our US location address, and the customer is responsible for shipping to that address. Similarly, for returns, we will provide a return address, and the customer is responsible for shipping to that address.

While we are dedicated to impressing our customers with quality and accuracy, misunderstandings can arise with custom jacket orders. To address this, we offer a free alteration service for your first custom order.

Design and Quality:
We follow industry best practices by sharing pictures of customized orders with customers. This allows you to review the final product and address any concerns.
Sizing:
For custom orders, we request measurements from customers, which should be provided by referencing our size guide. In case of sizing errors, we offer a free alteration option. Simply ship the jacket back to us, and we will make the necessary adjustments before returning it to you.
Refund Policy for Custom Orders:
Please note that refunds do not apply to custom orders because all size and design details are tailored to your specific preferences.
