To return an item to Leather Porium, please adhere to the instructions provided below.
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging securely. If you received any additional items with your order, ensure that they are returned in good condition along with the packing slip. In case of shoes, the item should be unworn, undamaged, and free from wrinkles. If the item(s) arrives in a damaged condition, kindly contact customer support for further assistance.
The return package should be sent to the address mentioned below, and it’s essential to include the order details slip along with the item(s):

You will receive a tracking number from the courier once the parcel is returned. Kindly use the tracking number to complete the product return form provided below.
Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping charges associated with returning the item to us. Additionally, shipping and handling costs and any other charges incurred are non-refundable. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) deliveries.
To ensure that your return is processed successfully, please provide the correct Return Tracking number when filling out the Return Form. Please note that regular products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alterations.

After receiving and inspecting your return (which usually takes up to 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your return has been completed. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
